I have to bring
to
your
notice
two cases in which justice was not only denied
of the Law Courts of this Colony but
me in one
in which
my
- oath was treated with public contempt although I respectfully subunit that written testimony was in the hands of the judge which went far to corroborate my testimony and fully to rebut the evidence of my adversary, was treated as Cospel and on which
which. alone and un.
supported I was cast out of
baurt with contempt .
Here my complaint confined. to what I might deem a failure of Justice I should only feel pecuniarily affected and should of course submit. But my oath was treated as dust in the balance against that of my adversary although the document in the hands of the Caut proved that I spoke the truth and that he did not.

This surely is a phase of
remedy
Surisprudence which meints a
